Hantangang Stone Festa 2026 at Bidulginang Falls (Pocheon) — Schedule, 4K Trek Sign-up & Parking Before You Go

Autumn colors are settling
into the Hantan River canyon 🍂

The Hantangang Stone Festa
(한탄강 돌멩이 페스타 — “dolmengi” means pebble)
runs Sat, Oct 17 – Sun, Oct 18,
two days, around the multipurpose plaza
at Bidulginang Falls (비둘기낭 폭포) in Pocheon.

At the trail race held in the same place,
a 4K trek for walking together as a family
is new this year.

We put this together from

Its full name is ‘Hantangang Stone Festival (Festa)
with the Geopark Partners’.
The Hantangang UNESCO Global Geopark hosts it,
and Pocheon, Yeoncheon and Cheorwon run it together.

It’s a hands-on geology program
that uses Hantan River stones
to explore how the geology, volcanic activity,
columnar joints and canyons were formed.
The idea is that you see, touch
and try things for yourself.

It’s held together with
the ‘2026 Hantangang Ultra Lake Trail’ race.

✨ What’s on, and when?

The Festa runs both days,
and the 4K trek is on the morning of Sunday the 18th.
