On the lawns of Olympic Park,
an autumn festival runs for three days 🍂
The 26th Hanseong Baekje Culture Festival
(한성백제문화제 — Hanseong was the early capital
of the ancient Baekje kingdom)
runs Fri Oct 23 – Sun Oct 25
around the 88 Lawn (88잔디마당) in Olympic Park.
We put this together from
the event guide, full schedule and site map
on the Songpa-gu festival website,
as of October 7.

🎪 What kind of festival is it?

A past festival — the main stage and audience on the lawn at dusk, with Lotte World Tower in the distance (Photo: Korea Tourism Organization · KOGL Type 3)
First held in 1994,
it’s Songpa-gu’s history and culture festival.
Songpa-gu hosts it,
and the Hanseong Baekje Culture Festival Committee
organizes it.
Since last year’s 25th edition,
it has moved to
the 88 Lawn area of Olympic Park.
By day, the hands-on zone and the market;
in the evening, shows on the main stage.
On the first night there’s even
a drone light show!
✨ What’s on all three days?

The hands-on zone and the market are open all three days.
Here are their hours in a table.
| Date & time | Program |
|---|---|
| Daily 10:00–19:00 | Hanseong Baekje Hands-on Zone — a family activity zone with a kids’ café, all sorts of hands-on activities, photo zones and places to rest |
| Daily 11:00–21:00 | Hanseong Baekje Market — a food market run by resident groups from 12 neighborhoods (dong) and 5 trade associations |
Dishes listed on the market menu include
dubu-kimchi (tofu with stir-fried kimchi) ·
hongeo-muchim (spicy skate salad) ·
janchi-guksu (warm noodle soup) ·
modum-jeon (assorted Korean pancakes) ·
gukbap (rice in hot soup).
The site map shows
activity booths (nos. 01–25),
the Hanseong Baekje kids’ café, photo zones,
a shaded rest area, food trucks
and promotional booths.
