2-9 Namseongjung-ro, Seogwipo-si (서귀포시 남성중로 2-9).

On the 23rd from 16:00 to 19:00,
the parade passes along Jungjeong-ro → Jeongbang-ro →
Chilsimni-ro → the Cheonjiyeon Falls parking lot.
